Sylvia Hardy is an American visual artist working in sculpture and photography. Born in Missouri, she has lived and worked in New York and California. Her work has been exhibited at Rema Hort Mann Foundation, New York, USA; Queens Museum, New York, USA; Sydhavnen Station, Copenhagen, Denmark; and Aperture Foundation, New York, USA. She collaborated with Triple Canopy on a publication in 2013 and is a Danish Arts Council grant recipient. Sylvia was an artist in residence at HDTS AZ West in 2022 and has a forthcoming residency in the Arctic Circle.
